The Progressive is only activated when you play the maximum number of coins which is 15 coins per spin. The Blue Scatter Symbol can appear anywhere on the reels. In order to win with a scatter, 4 or more Blue Scatter symbols must appear on the reels. If your Blue Scatter win is accompanied by a normal win, you get paid out for both wins because the scatter does not need to fall on an enabled payline in order to win. The Blue Scatter symbols pay out the total number of credits multiplied by 4. So, if you bet $/£/€ 0.20 coins on all 15 paylines, your total bet is $/£/€ 0.20 coin x 15 paylines = 3 total credit bets. Therefore, your total payout would be 4 x 3 = 12 credits.
